Originally scheduled repair for Fridays, however Thursday morning the tech calls me and says he can come today. The tech offered a window of 3-5pm which I said I would not be home for, so he says he can do 1-3pm to which I agree. The tech also says hell call with a half hour heads up before he comes. At 230pm still no word, so I call and leave a message. At 310pm I get a call from the tech saying he can be there in a half hour, to which I replied I would not be home as I said in this mornings conversation. I said I would wait for my original appointment the following day, Friday. The tech says he doesnt work Fridays and my call for service would have to go back in the que. So I expressed my disappointment in setting aside two days just to have my fridge issue initially looked at, to which the tech replied stuff happens. So because this tech I lost my original appointment and wasted a day waiting for him, and he couldnt be bothered to call and tell me hed be late, no apology, no consideration in rebooking an appointment, just wasting three days of my time, thanks for nothing NC repair. Actually, nothing is better than the service you provided me, you cost me time for literally nothing.
