Incredible job by Oaks Home Services. They were able to add a retaining wall and fence, update our patio stones, replace our window wells as well as remove and replace the natural stone on our deck. All of this done by Denis and the team with a quick turnaround. Yurii and Andrei were only a phone call away and were very accommodating with any additional ideas that came to mind during the work. We had a fantastic experience with Oaks from start to finish, and two other neighbours on our street did projects with them as well after ours completed. Tim and Yurii were always responsive from the design phase through construction and after. I appreciated that Tim gave me options at different price points and even advised a less expensive option when he thought that installing heated steps was not worth the cost. Their team has such pride in their work, and was onsite for 12+ hours on some days. They were committed to our satisfaction and sent multiple concrete subcontractors to try to get our retaining wall as we had envisioned. When after completing the project, I told Yurii that one of the yews looked like it was dying, he immediately said they would replace and replant it if necessary. We are planning to have them do our backyard project next.

Oaks Home Services did a fantastic job with my driveway and backyard, I am very happy with the results! I have an interlock driveway with a very intricate design and they did such a great job removing all of the moss and weeds and grass that had popped up in between the stones and then they put polymeric sand to finish it off. It looks like a brand new driveway again. They did not take short cuts and even moved my heavy shed to ensure every part of it was done properly. I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them in the future again!

The Oaks Home Services team was fantastic. They were courteous, professional, nice, communicative and the quality of work was excellent. The price they gave us was competitive and there werent any surprises, and they had no problems at all coming back to adress the small thing things that we wanted to have them look at. I almost never write reviews, but when someone exceeds your expectations you want to help them out and you want them to succeed.

The backyard of our house was in dire need of an upgrade and we decided to go with Oaks Home Services to replace the fences, install a walkway and patio and lay down some grass for a lawn. I am extremely happy with how jut turned out and would recommend Yurii and his team to anyone looking for a landscaper.

The crew showed up at 7:30 sharp every day and worked all day. They completed the project faster than I ever thought possible, and it looks even better than I expected.

Throughout the process, Yurii was very communicative and was always there to help work through any questions or issues we had.

From the minute we met Tim until the project was finished and cleaned up like they were never there....we were so impressed and so happy with our project. Our porch and walkway required TLC last year. We met with several contractors and chose Oak Home services due to their responsiveness, professionalism and flexibility. It was by far the best project we have
ever done quality and peace of mind wise. Tim and Yuri assisted us with design and Tim came with us twice to the warehouse to choose stones.
They were on site frequently and eased our concerns and were open to request to make changes to original design as we suggested.
Worker on sites were very respectful and hard working coming early and leaving in the eve.

Would highly recommend Oaks Home Services. They were very professional. Yuri was great to work with to get free quotes that didnt deviate much when finalizing to sign up a job. He had great recommendations and ever provided renderings of what the job could be expected to look like that were intricately detailed.

He did my back walkway, front walkway, front steps, and a retaining wall. He did my neighbours as well. Inevitably multiple issues come up in jobs. In my case my yard was much taller than my driveway.

Yuri and his team (Ely was a very capable and impressive team lead) could point out problems and issues ahead of time with string to assist in making decisions. We figured out i would need an extra step, need a retaining wall, how to integrate the retaining wall into the steps, among other issues (eg. Driveway was plotted out to be in line with garage walls, which wasnt quite square, so they had no problem adjusting with some rework to make the driveway square). Some stones for walls or coping also have ugly grooves - I came up with a way to eliminate those kinds of things and they had no problem implementing.
