I have placed 4 service calls all for the same repair - water not draining completely and machine shutting off early. I have had 3 different appliance repairmen out to repair the same problem. They look at the machine & adjust the drain hose. The first guys that came out actually ordered a new part but had to be reminded 1.5 - 2 months later that I was still waiting (they were from Trail, but the rest have been from the extended warranty with the manufacturer). The last time I called, I was told unless I could physically make the machine stop myself or have it happen & get someone in to show them, they would charge me for the service call. Since then I have found out that it stops in the wash cycle but have not called back yet. Very frustrating but I guess I better make some more notes & call again before my extended warranty runs out.

Insurance Claim from damage from the big storm that hit Big Valley Jamboree 2 summers ago. It ended up that 2 different companies worked on my roof due to an unfortuante accident by the first contractor. The work was completed to my satisfaction, although I figured new flashing should have been put on instead of using the old stuff.

While getting the carpet cleaned which started out around $100.00, I asked about get it scotchguarded and maybe something else (this happened many years ago) and I was told it would be just a bit more. He would give no costs. At the end the bill was over $300.00, luckily I could put it on my Bay card, I was not impressed.
