Horrible customer service , I purchased a furnace 2016 August, the install the moisture ventilation wrong Direction . Since the day I installation day no one come to to the yearly check up on top of that I called 2017 if they can send some one for Inspaction as there part of there service they put me on hold for 1 hour then hang up the phone , I called again last year to ask why there is no one coming for inspaction the lady on the phone said she is not sure why no one have come and indicated yet she said she will get them to call me ASAP but no one called me yet and now it’s 2019 , very horrible experience
