Randy the technician was on-time, knowledgeable, courteous and professional. He diagnosed the problem, devised a solution for humanely ridding the chimney of the raccoon interloper and executed the plan within few hours. He provided some preventative advice that cost a little more but seems well worth the amount. I would recommend Swat Wildlife if you have critter issues. Great job!
