The kitchen drain was backing up into the sink. Vladimir, the Worlds Greatest Plumber, arrived about 1 hr. earlier than expected. After a brief period of reconnecting and explanation of the problem. he set to work and was done in no time at all. Thanks Mellissa! Thanks Vlad! Thanks Express Rooter!

We have used Express Rooter in the past and the work they do is excellent. This is why we called again. Our tech this time was Andrew and he was pleasant, professional and thorough. He explained that the IKEA parts did not meet code and suggested changes to bring it at least closer to code than it might have been. While we were aware of the cost before work started, upon reflection I thought it was excessive and called the company. Melissa explained how the cost was derived. It broke down to 2 flat rate jobs plus parts. 1) Cut back supply lines and install shut off valves 2) Cut back and move copper drain and attach P trap. Rather than 2 jobs, why not have 1 such as Plumb sink? Our previous score was 10! I would recommend them to anyone. But please understand, they are not the least expensive way to go! Express Rooter called me at 11:00 a.m. on 09/12/2014 to discuss the contents of my latest review. We arrived at a very satisfactory solution to both my concerns and their desire to maintain a strong score with HOMESTARS. As a result, I have improved my score from 7 to 10. They are proud of the Homestars score and their company. THEY SHOULD BE!

Alex and Andrew arrived on time, wore booties while in the house, laid out protective mats and completed the cleaning in no time at all. As requested, Dave same by to inspect the ducts under the concrete slab using a small camera. He reported all was fine. A great crew doing great work for a great company. Dishwasher was not draining completely. We checked HOMESTARS based on prior experience and found a good review for Pambis. They responded quickly and found a small plastic obstruction in the drain pump. While here they explained why my frost free freezer had ice on the bottom and cleared it up in no time. GOOD SERVICE! GOOD PEOPLE! GOOD RESULTS!

We used John's company before and were thrilled with the job.We had to have them in again and they did not disappoint. Tom, Dan, and Dave work well together and were great to have around. The work is first rate and was completed much quicker than expected. Minor repairs were no problem for them and larger ones (smoothing out a ceiling) seemed equally easy for this crew. I had done a small area myself and decided the next time I would hire installers. Lumber :Liquidators use Ted and his crews to install so we called and Ted came out and estimated the cost and provided a complete material list. The crew arrived a little early followed by Ted. They got started about 9:30 a.m. and were gone by 11:45. It looks GREAT! Good crew. Ted is personable and polite. The work they do is first rate! Thanks, guys. It was a pleasure!

poor service contact point. poor technicians. shoddy repairs. numerous call-backs. can't read my meter . somehow this was my problem. they finally figured it out. monopoly on this type of service leaves no choice

Fixed in about 5 minutes. Atlas has simply the best people, service. and office. They are courteous, prompt, reasonable and forthcoming. They have provided hints on my heating and advice on the venting of my hot water (it was dangerous and a rental) which I had corrected by the supplier. THANKS! I am a firm believer in good management begets good staff. This is SO true here. They are simply the BEST!

John in dispatch was great. Vlad's third visit to our home was last Sunday, and he completed the work in just a few hours. He cleaned up and left the place as spotless as one can leave a construction site. This was a day earlier than we had anticipated him. COOL! He is a pleasure to have in your home. If you want the best, go EXPRESS ROOTER!

Contacted Solutions because of 10/10 review here and seeing Frank on TV. Tony provided an accurate estimate of the cost and Joe, Joe, and John did the work. They arrived on time and all was complete about 4:00 p.m. Questions were answered fully and we were kept informed as work progressed. The work area was left clean and tidy when they left. I would not hesitate to recommend Solutions as they provided excellent service. They do it right the first time!

We have used Rawlinson on at least 5 occasions and they are terrific. The staff is friendly, professional and prompt. I cannot recommend them too highly! They have everything to nake your move as easy as falling off a log!
