On the advise of my realtor it was suggested that we have the grout cleaned in the front foyer and kitchen, since we wanted to list quickly I came across Grout Solutions and emailed them on Saturday evening thinking they would get back to me on Monday. Surprise they contacted me on Sunday and were able to book me in for a quote on Monday. On Monday afternoon I got the quote and gave them the go ahead while I was at work. Little did I know that go ahead would mean the job would be completed in the next few hours. I stopped on my way home and to viewed the completed job with John and team. AMAZING. Tile and grout looked better then when the home purchased from builder as it was the builders model. Don't hesitate quality of work, professionalism OUTSTANDING. Just dial and smile! Now just have to arrange from them to come to my home.

I needed to find someone that could come in and paint my whole house quickly. I called Perfect Painter on the Thursday and they were able to have people start on the Tuesday. It took them 7 days and I did not have to take time to get it done we had a system in place with the key. I was shocked at how much work was done on the daily basis. They did an awsome job and can't wait to use them in the new house. Great job Perfect Painter. Kim and Warren are great to work with.
