Joeven came right on time, was meticulous about his work, and took time out to show me where the debris was concentrating in my gutters. These guys are professionals and care about their work. I fully recommend!

Excellent job by Mark and Leeroy from Avenue Road Masonry. They parged the side wall and did some tuck pointing for us. The crew was professional, courteous and on-time. The craftsmanship was 10/10. I’m very pleased with the outcome. Highly recommended.

After interviewing and receiving quotes from about 6 other companies (many of which I had to chase), Amar from the sales team gave us an on-the-spot, guaranteed quote - which included a set timeline (not to mention beating the other prices). I have to admit, I was skeptical they could do it in the time quoted - and had others cast doubt - but the team followed through - on time, on budget - even a day early. There were no surprises - no nonsense - no hidden costs. The entire team of skilled trades, the project manager (Mike), the designer (Ludmila) and the owner (Yan) are professional, knowledgeable and very responsive. The quality of the work surpassed our expectations and regular site visits were had to ensure we were satisfied at all stages of the build. Having a designer and project manager included was a major differentiator, and made the process much easier on us. Our house was built in 1926, and had a number of challenges to overcome with narrow stair cases, low ceilings and uneven floors. The team worked to overcome all of the hurdles and even managed to get a 67"/200 lb tub down the stairs for us (when others told us it was impossible).
