Slava and his team which also included electrician, plumber, tiler and glass technician, did a great job installing our small basement bathroom. The tiler impressed us by custom cutting the floor tiles into a unique pattern to accommodate the central drain for the shower. His entire team was dedicated, professional and very skilled. I would highly recommend Refined Reno. We have them renovating our second floor bathroom! Update: here are pics from the second bathroom.

Karine and Greg did a fantastic job helping my family and I out today! Last night I discovered my boiler was leaking from the safety relief valve. It looked like it was shot. This morning at 7 AM I called Priority and Karine took my call and indicated that a technician would be over today to assess the situation. Greg came over and stayed for nearly 6 hours to fix the leak plus fix what was causing the leak. He knew right away the possible cause - excessive pressure due to some form of blockage in the pipes - and where it would be. He walked me through what could be causing the pressure build up and resulting failure and gave me escalating quotes for the different levels of intervention. I went with the max despite the cost. I have to say there was no upselling. His level of knowledge and expertise was what convinced me to go for the complete replacement of three key components which also involved the tedious task of draining out my rads. Exactly where he said there would be blockage - there it was. The pipes were clogged with rust slurry and other debris. I was/am totally impressed. Greg knows his stuff !! I believe I dodged a massive repair and clean up bill had I not taken his expert advice. My heating system is now all fixed and the hot water is flowing smoothly through my rads. I think my heating efficiency went back up to when the boiler system was newly installed. On top of Greg's wealth of technical knowledge and experience, he is also very friendly and easy going, plus he had a few entertaining stories to tell. I would highly recommend Greg, Karine and Priority Plumbing and Drains. I am impressed my call was answered so quickly (thanks Karine!), my issue fixed within the day (no chasing and following up), clean up, friendly and efficient service, and their expertise. This is, I think, the 4th or 5th time I've engaged Priority.

I am writing this review five months after their service call which has given me some additional perspective. Priority Plumbing is the go-to plumbing service company for me. They provided boiler and plumbing services. Our boiler stopped working as a result of the flue vent motor dieing. The technician that came was very knowledgeable and friendly. Diagnosed the problem right away and explained what had happened and the steps he will be taking. He did not hesitate to get additional feedback from his peers to ensure/verify the steps taken. Very professional. He also tested all the emergency isolation water valves and identified those that had deteriorated, suspect and would pose a potential problem down the road. I agreed to the recommended replacement of the valves. Although one might consider this an upsell, it proved prudent as one month later we were in the December 2013 ice storm. I needed to drain much of the water in the house as we lost power and heat for a week. Those valves were very efficient in doing the job, did not seize, and gave me peace of mind. Would highly recommend Priority Plumbing.

Very professional service from reception to technician. Very high technical expertise. Came almost immediately during an emergency sewer backup situation caused by tree root damage. They kept all their appointments, met all their schedules and estimated time of completion of work. Consulted with me the home owner on each step and approach to the work. Made themselves available during the weekend (Sat and Sun) for consultation. Communicated clearly all aspects of work and answered questions I had. I would highly recommend them and use them in the future.
