The service was great, staff member was knowledgeable and very friend. However I think your company is a complete rip off. $370 fee to remove a toilet is insane. It should be included in the $370 I paid for repair or few dollars more. You guys charged more to come out and lift the toilet then the actual repair. I wouldn’t recommend your company based on the overpriced service not the lack of good service.
