This company came with a personal recommendation that I am very happy to pass along. My experience was excellent and I would highly recommend the company. The team are professional, timely, efficient and knowledgeable. My request was to assess the 25+ year old furnace and central A/C for servicing or replacement. The furnace manufacturer was no longer in business and we had issues with both the furnace and A/C in recent years. Rob made recommendations based on age, condition, service concerns, code, and efficiency. This was to replace and position the furnace differently to aid in efficiency, replace the A/C and the piping due to code issues, but keep the humidifier. Rob recommended Rheem, and my side research showed that their products are good. I was given three choices in furnace size and quality. I did choose the best option which did up the price, but it was my decision and I am confident that I made the right call. The company worked around my schedule, managed my expectations, and delivered as promised. It was an excellent experience.

I started by doing some research to narrow down my selection. I finally chose Infinity Gutters, primarily based on the HomeStars reviews. I first tried to contact the company through the HomeStars quote service but that didn't work out for some reason. I decided to call the company directly and Miro answered immediately. We set-up an appointment for the following afternoon. I needed redirection of four downspouts due to new walkways being installed around the perimeter of the 1967 house. Much of the downspout and eavestrough are original. Miro discussed the options we had and worked with my longer-term view of the yard development to recommend all the changes needed, including adjustment for trough slope. A fifth downspout would also be replaced since the pipe size has changed over the years. All downspouts will be the same when complete. I was shown a sample for colour matching. And he went one further. To hide one of the redirected downspouts, the pipe would be installed in two colours, depending whether it was against the brown brick or yellow siding. Miro provided a quote on the spot. 20 year manufacture warranty and 10 year workmanship. We shook on it, and the work was scheduled within the week. Miro kept me up to date with schedule adjustment due to weather. I was not present when the work was completed, however Miro sent me a text to state it was done and a link to view his pictures of the finished project. When at the house, the results were exactly as agreed and shown, and there was no trace of the work having taken place. A perfect installation. I would not hesitate to recommend Miro and Infinity Gutters.

I was very selective when I chose Skylark. I wanted a company who put tree health above all else. The initial assessment of my two at risk trees was done very quickly. Gaelan provided an extensive review of the trees and made recommendations: one could be saved, but one was in decline with perhaps only a couple of season left at best. His expertise in was evident as he showed us all the telltale signs of the tree's stress as it tried to compensate for the failing limbs and how it would deteriorate further in a short amount of time. He also confirmed that anything you do with a tree, even pruning, has to be done properly or you could hurt the tree more than help it. All our trees are at least 60 years old, so very large. We hired Skylark to remove the sugar maple, patch the hole in the trunk of one honey locust, prune both locusts from above the house rooftops, and remove a pyramid oak stump left after the tree had died and been cut down few years back. All work was exceptional. The crew showed up as scheduled and left the place in good order at the end of each day. The focus was on safety and proper tree care. The result is that both locusts look fabulous. They did not do anything to compromise these marvelous trees which I expect will still have a long life. I would not hesitate to hire them again or make a recommendation.
