They replaced my furnace with a new high efficiency model, also installing a new Nest thermostat. They also added a BBQ box on my porch to hook in natural gas appliances. The work required cutting access holes in the ceiling of my basement for proper exhaust. I was expecting to have to do the repair work myself, which I believe would be normal. They cut holes where required and installed cover plates which I was not expecting. Very professional.
