I called after noticing a leak coming from what appeared to be my toilet tank. The gentleman who answered the phone - John - was amazing. Helpful, pleasant, straightforward with a sense of humour to boot! The plumber who came out - Mark- was great. He was polite, professional and honest. He explained the issue to me, the cost involved to fix it and didn't charge me for the service call. I would have no hesitation recommending this company. Both John and Mark were great.

I recently purchased a new condo but hated the parquet flooring and wanted to modernize and update the space by installing new flooring. The property manager in my building recommended the Floor Shop. After looking at several places I went into the Floor Shop with my sister and was instantly impressed with the hands on friendly service at the Wicksteed location. I'm happy to report that the installation went as smoothly as promised and my parquet flooring was replaced by warm chocolate oak floorboards. When I noticed a problem with a baseboard it was quickly replaced within days of my initial installation. I have received many compliments on my floor and absolutely love it. If you want your floor replaced and you want quality flooring and fast, friendly service I recommend the Floor Shop without hesitation. It may not be cheap but it is definitely worth it!

I recently purchased a condo and had several things that needed to be done including having a bathroom cupboard and mirror hung up, having new lighting fixtures installed, and having a TV mounted to the wall. I found Glen to be very pleasant with a no nonsense attitude. He was very knowledgeable and didn't hesitate to go the extra mile to ensure the quality of his work. For example he caulked my bathroom cabinet to the bathroom wall to ensure it would stay up after he had installed it using screws.
