Customer service extraordinaire is rare to find , but Pavlo has this down pat, even a quick view to see why the fridge is freezing up simple fix, turn down the temperature! My dryer kaput! time to replace it with a new one. Honesty goes with integrity. A high five to Pavlo. Thank you. Jackie Laurin
