The movers from Econo worked very hard on a very hot day. The billing was another story. After being quoted $1100 our final bill was $150 more. After signing off on my Visa to pay I checked my statement and found that they had billed an additional amount. I was told that there was an error and that they had adjusted the amount without authorization. I argued the fact that it was illegal to alter a signed Visa and they eventually refunded the difference. Advice - CHECK YOUR BILL AND VISA!

We had Coast Solarium install a deck cover in 2004. As soon as the installation was complete we discovered a steady drip (right over our seating area) from the gutter. We have been phoning ever since then. The odd time we manage to get someone on the phone they assure us that it will be looked after and that's the last we ever hear. We have had someone involved in the same business examine the work and was told that the gutter was never sealed. The cover is still under warranty but what good is that when the company won't return calls or fix the problem. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. Shoddy work and the worst customer service ever.
