As always, the plumber arrived early in the time window I was given, we were given a head’s up courtesy call, the gentleman plumber arrived and was polite and friendly and calm; he quickly identified the problem and had everything he needed to fix it, which he did quickly and efficiently. He also replaced a tap we were told couldn’t be replaced thus solving another problem we had. Pricing was clear and explained up front and we had no sudden surprises. Action Augur remains my plumber of choice.
