Tom Kiroplis in Inglewood

We ordered a marble counter for our brand new bar back in the summer. They came to install it 4 months later and they brought the wrong colour. We waited for another 3 weeks. They came and installed the countertop but they also destroyed my front lawn. I phoned Basilio who is the owner and asked him why he destroyed my front lawn with tire marks. He basically said we drove on it to make our job easier. He never gave an apology and basically just hung up on me. It stands to reason that if you drive on someones lawn when it is pouring rain out that some damage may occur. The marble countertop turned out very nice but I am really disappointed at the lack of professionalism in how he dealt with the phone call about the damaged lawn.

From the moment I met Fred, he was extremely personable and answered all of my question as the job progressed. I really appreciated the time he took to educate me on the intricacies of installing a furnace. I have three young children and our furnace decided to go to "furnace heaven" on one of the coldest day of the year. Fred came out on a Sunday and completed the job. Our family is very grateful for Fred's quick, friendly and professional service. I have no reservations on recommending Majestic Indoor Air to anyone.
