Replace leaking water valve in the house
I had to pay for 2 visits from Gentleman Plumbers to rectify problem. The first visit the job could not be done because of their coordination with the city to shut off street valve (work could not be done) but got charged a travel visit fee, then a second trip 2 weeks later to do job (another travel visit fee). They had to come back a third time to actually finish the job (was still leaking). The technician said he wouldn't charge me this time. Woww Every other company I have dealt with never charged twice to do the same job. I would not recommend this company.
