We just had a new Luma door installed today and couldn't be happier! Amazing experience from end-to-end. Alex showed us around the shop and had us look at different options. He also sat down with us to explain the entire door system (material, locks, etc). Yuriy then came by the house to take measurements and answered all of my outstanding questions. The installation team (Igor, Viktor, and Mark) were also amazing. Very professional, quick, and clean. Igor also went above and beyond by reinstalling my alarm system door contacts (saving me time and money) and my Ring doorbell. Now that's service! Luma's product and service are both top notch, and their prices are very fair. In fact, Luma was even more competitive on pricing than some other door companies with inferior products. We're absolutely thrilled with our new door. I would recommend Luma to anyone.

Our 10 year old Kenmore dryer broke (no heat). Called Edward. He showed up a couple of hours later the same day. Fixed the dryer in about 30 mins (replaced heating element). He even cleaned out all the lint stuck at the bottom of the dryer, and spent time explaining how to properly clean and maintain both washer and dryer. Edward was amazing. Very professional, knowledgable, and also very personable and friendly. We even had a great conversation about family after he was done. The team has been working for approx one week so far on my basement finishing project. I must say I'm VERY impressed with the quantity and quality of work accomplished so far, and the team's level of professionalism. Alex and Sergei have been very helpful and approachable, sharing their opinions and ideas to overcome challenges and to make the experience very smooth and enjoyable. The tradesmen are efficient, professional, clean, and a pleasure to work with and talk to. And did I mention everyone has always been on time and on schedule, even surpassing my expectations. Great work so far guys! Can't wait to start enjoying my finished basement!

Great quality product and an even better installation/service experience. We were looking for an affordable granite kitchen countertop that matched out kitchen cabinets but didn't break our bank account.
