I do not recommend working with this company. Sergey takes money for the service, gives you a lot of promises and after that he leaves the work unfinished, completely disappearing and not answering the phone. Very bad quality with no costumer service at all.

Alex and his team did a great job helping us design and layout our basement remodel. He kept the entire project on budget and was very clear when communicating changes and upgrades we made during the project.

Overall I am very satisfied with the outcome and have added a great new additional space to my home.

Alex and Surgei were excellent from start to finish. From the planning stages through construction they were very efficient, transparent and communicated effectively.

GTA Basement Experts finished our basement nine months ago and we love our basement very much. However, two weeks ago we discovered that after taking a shower, water remains on the floor.
We sent an email and two days later Sergey came with a worker and they adjusted the shower door. The issue was fixed fast and in professional way. We were very pleased that 1 year guarantee promised in the contract was working fine and we did not have to call many times and wait long.

Alex did the remodel of our basement in the spring of 2017. From the beginning Alex listened and worked with us to make the project what we wanted. Also, we had a very tight timeline because we had family visiting from oversees and it needed to be done before they arrived. They started on time, and worked efficiently. After having met with 4 contractors for our renovation project, we chose GTA Basement Experts. We are extremely pleased to say, we weren’t disappointed. We had the pleasure of working with Alex on the renovation of our basement and main floor in the summer of 2018. Alex was very professional, honest and easily accessible. Sergei, our project manager was knowledgeable, flexible and very thorough. All of the trades people from the framer, plumber, electrician, tiler and kitchen cabinet installer were highly skilled professionals who provided excellent workmanship. In a day and age where shoddy work and poor service are all too common, GTA Basement Experts are indeed a rare find. I would highly recommend them without reservations.

Alex, Surgei and his team of subcontractors were prompt, professional and respectful.
In about 6 weeks they took our unfinished, small basement and transformed it into a comfortable family area complete with bathroom, laundry area and storage.
Always quick to reply with emails or phone calls, they would also take the time to make sure that finishes we chose worked well with the layout. They completed the job on time and on budget.

We are very happy with the final product, and are now enjoying our new basement! GTA took the time to come onsite and talk with us about options and work out solutions before the work started, and were very responsive to emails/calls throughout the process. They have been very flexible with minor changes during the project. the final result was very clean and exactly what we expected to see after completion.
