The delivery men damaged my hallway when they were making a delivery to my home. This company refused to have the repairs done. I also paid for the set and the handles in the night stand were not installed. Please see the email response that was sent by the company. - I checked the date on when you receive your delivery. The delivery date was on March 29, 2019 I do wish I could be of more assistance, but it is the stores policy all damage be reported within 24 hours. Even then on the back of the "Terms and Conditions", it states that Furniture Depot is not responsible for any damage that occurs during delivery on private property.
