This is the third time I've turned to Fujitech for computer SOS, and each time I've been equally impressed with their professionalism and trustworthiness. The first time, my tracking pad wouldn't respond. After a short examination, they noticed that I'd inadvertently switched it off! Problem solved quickly, and no charge. The second time, my Lenovo laptop screen/cover joint cracked, making it impossible to open. Joseph recognized what happened and agreed to simply install the replacement cover that I sourced from offshore, when local suppliers didn't have it in stock. It ended up taking him twice as long as predicted for him to complete the installation job, but he stuck to his $50 quote for the service - worth every penny. Today, I brought in my daughter's MacBook Pro, which was apparently not connecting to the hard drive (white screen with question mark). Joseph took ten minutes to explore possible issues, including dead hard drive, and ultimately determined that it was a cable issue, which he's found is common in MacBooks, though Apple apparently doesn't accept this... In any case, problem was solved in less than half hour - $85 for the cable, $15 for service, 100% happy daughter.
