I had A/C installed at my daughter's place in Guelph and called Local Heating & Cooling due to his high ratings on HomeStars. I spoke to Sina and found out he actually did work on my heating/ac at my place in Aurora. Anyway, Sina does great work and is very professional. When it comes to a/c and especially furnaces....it's not so much the brand of the unit, it's all about the installation!! At the end of the day, the most important question is would I recommend them to family & friends or would I have him do more work for me....it would be YES.

A pleasure dealing with Leo...he is a man that takes great pride in his work and it shows!! From the quote to the finished product, nothing but true professionalism...didn't even get another quote. Very patient too. While he was working on the railing, I was laying hardwood upstairs and obviously, I had to go downstairs to make my cuts. He let me through while he was working without any whining or complaints. If you need any railing or stair work done, do not hesitate to call him. You will not be disappointed!!

I had Alex come in for a quote on some Crown Moulding on the first floor. Within 10 mins., he had measured and had a final quote along with some advise. I was looking to get 5" Crown but he suggested 6" Crown would look better. Anyway, I went with his advise and it looks great! I usually do my own renovations but but didn't want to tackle Crown and for good reasons. So, if you're looking to install Crown, give Alex a call....you will not be disappointed!

Doors & More came highly recommeded to me by a friend who had their shower door done by Doors & More. So I checked HomeStars and nothing but great reviews so I didn't even call anyone else. As a matter of fact, didn't even go to their shop. I called and spoke with Frank, he gave me a price and sent someone done to take measurements and the install was done yesterday. Very happy with the whole process from start to finish. From Frank who is the owner to Josh who is the measure guy to Phil the installer, they are all very professional and personable. This is just a bonus as at the end of the day......it's all about the shower door, right? Well, you will not be dissappointed, the product itself and install is first rate. Wife loves it!! I would highly recommend them if you need a shower door. Thanks Frank, Josh & Phil!!

Mallion aluminum is a great company to deal with. Petar is a very personable man with a lot of knowledge in this field. He does quality work and his main concern is that you are happy. I wanted the job done as early as possible as the wife was nagging me to put up the Christmas lights and he came on a Sunday to do the work. Petar does the work himself so you know it's done right! He has many years in this business but recently started his own company. One thing is for sure, once he gets estabilished.....he will be much busier than he already is. No worries with his work........

What makes a great company even better? It's how they handle any problems after the sales and installation...these guys are great! Had a new furnace and a/c installed about 5 yrs. ago and ran into a couple of very minor issues. They will return your call and make sure you are happy, even 5 yrs. after the sale. From Boris to Cam to Fred.....these guys are honest, respectful and will not forget about you after the sale. I have recommended Cozy World family and friends and they feel the same way! Ever wonder why they don't advertise...it's because they don't have to. Thanks guys..........Tony

OK, product, price, people, installation is obviously second to none but how about if you need service a few years down the road?? Well, here is my experience....bought a furnace and a/c unit from Cozy World a couple of years ago and had a small problem with the furance recently. I called Boris and left him a voice mail, he returned my call right away and sent someone down to repair the problem right away also. I will tell you, after sales service like this is very rare these days, Boris CARES and he will look after you many years after the sale so if you are looking for any HVAC needs, NO WORRIES with Cozy World and Boris!!!!!!!!!!!
