When we started doing Stucco on the new addition we didn't have any clue what to select. This is where Sean came in handy and became our designer!. I highly recommend the advice and colors he suggested. We changed the colours that we selected for sofit / Aluminum work based on his recommendation and amazing different on the look. He helped me some of the issues that I had with the roofer and demanded roofer to redo the flashing. No shortcuts , best quality with modern technology. It almost 2-3 months now after he did the job, I asked advice when my other contractors made some holes and he was helping me to fix it. outstanding customer service. professional and methodical, no headaches to owner. This is the second time I used Frank. About 4 years ago he replaced the Shingles at my old house and my 2 neighbors . It was interesting to see after 4 years still I get SMS on a windy day telling me that if any Shingles missing call him as 10year labour warranty covers it. That's exceptional customer service. Recently I did renovation in my new home and I asked Frank to do the roof. He did a fantastic job with helping me to select a color and work with contractor to put the vents and flashing.
