L&Q ROOFING (Shingles & flat roof)

Thank you Frank and team for the amazing job you did on our roof! We are so happy with the results!

We contacted Frank after we found a leak on our roof- being the 3rd owner of our house, we knew it was about time to replace the 30 year old roof. They were referred to us by a friend whose roof they had also done. He came out to our house and provided us with a quote on the same day.

On the day of the job, the crew came on time (8:30 am), and worked right through. They were very careful with the removal of the old shingles and cleaned up everything afterwards.

The roof looks amazing!! We went with the GAF shingles in Charcoal, and now our house looks even better- and we have comfort knowing there'll be no more leaks, and we'll be good for another 15 years (or more!).

I have to say sorry to L&Q ROOFING and Frank for my late review, due to busy work in my movement. Also I would like to give Frank and his team big thank you for you professional work and considerate service for my house in March. The fix was tough. To fix the flat roof leak, the balcony on the top of garage has to be removed totally and the repair has be done through observing how wood was rot and mold inside. The team did an amazing work and did good clean after that. I for sure recommend the team to others.

3 storey townhouse with steep slope; approx. 16ft by 5ft area
Frank quoted me on the phone and came by the next morning to complete the scope of work.
1) removed old shingles
2) installed ice and water shield
3) nailed new shingles
4) removed all debris and garbage
Frank arrived 8am and was done in a couple of hours.

Frank is a very honest, reliable and hardworking.
He came to repair my roof only to discover that there was more damage to the roof deck than anticipated. He was careful to cover the entire area to avoid any further damage from rainfall while the roof deck was replaced. He completed the job on time taking care of all the cleanup and ensuring that everything was to my satisfaction.

Frank, the owner of the company, offered me a quotation of roof replacement by request in May this spring, without asking a deposit, and came back to work on it on time when I returned from Vancouver in July, as said.
He and his team have the entire roof replacement work done beautifully and paid a special attention to the roof agde which was made straight and clear-cut, as I wished. His team had the place and yard cleaned up.
I loved the work they did, which was professional and trust-worthy.
Frank, as owner, kept working on spot with his team, supervising it. I supposed to write something about it early but delayed until now while being busy.

Frank and his team came on time and did a great job, what impressed me is that they didn't leave any mess.
