I contacted them to build a concrete sidewalk for my back yard and they gave me a quote to have a garage built as well. It was the best decision I made - they took care of all the permits and inspections and I had a sidewalk and garage within 2 weeks of them starting construction. They took all the garbage to the dump and left the yard nice and clean. Oh, and I love my garage.
Experience started out well, Rick Stimpson was good to talk to, had great ideas but then was passed off to another manager in the company and he was also very knowledgable but as the project started was switched to another project manager - Terrence Patrick and he just really didn't seem to know his stuff. Was quite disorganized and even the contractors seemed to know this. I would ask for specific things and they would get done precisely the way I didn't want them done. Took forever to get all the extra materials to be cleaned up. Over a year later I have never had a final walk through and there is still a lockbox attached to my house for the spare key. Some of the work was well done but my overall experience was somewhat frustrating.
