Had Pat from Dayside come to do a quote for a large front window, kitchen window, and bathroom window. He was professional, on time, knew his stuff, and presented lots of options for windows. I had him quote 3 different configurations, each of which he did thoroughly and promptly. Pricing and warranty was competitive and I felt comfortable going with Dayside. On install day, the installers were on time, courteous, and professional. Pat dropped by later in the day to see how things were going which was a nice touch. The windows are excellent. They look amazing. The hardware and screens are excellent and look like all components are going to last. I would have given a 9.5, but 9 was the only option. I gave a 9 because of a scuff to a kitchen cabinet, and because when they were breaking the old windows on site, I found some small shards of glass in the grass and in the driveway. I would still recommend Dayside for a window install.

Joe came to do a furnace maintenance and unfortunately shut down my furnace due to a safety issue. He was professional and patient and explained all his reasons and all our options. We did end up using Bosco for a new furnace and a/c. I got some quick advice on costs and the price was competitive. Chris and Eric installed the furnace and A/C. Again, on time, and professional. The furnace install was extremely clean and looks much better than the furnace they replaced. Chris took the time to replace all that he could and make it neat. They left the house clean. This is the second time I have used Bosco (the first was for a furnace maintenance 2 years ago). I would recommend them again.

Full disclosure, I paid upfront for a furnace maintenance from a deals website. I called Cambridge H and C on January 20th to book my maintenance and they told me they would call me back in two weeks to book my appointment. On February 8th or so, I called back again when I hadn't heard from them. I asked for an appointment on a weeknight after 4 pm. The man I spoke to told me that they didn't do appointments after 4pm. Fine - I booked a daytime appointment anyway. I called back in a few days and got a different person. This time I didn't mention my "deal" and I was able to book an appointment no problem Thursday at 430. At 425 on Thursday, I received a confirmation call for my appointment, letting me know the tech would be to my place between 430 and 530. At 545 (already late), I called the office and asked if the tech was close. The lady told me someone would call me. At 600, I called again and mentioned I was waiting for a tech still. They told me someone would call in five minutes. The man who did call me, told me he would call the tech and get back to me. When he got back to me around 615 - he said the tech wanted to reschedule. This morning, I called the company directly and asked for a refund of my "deal". He said it was out of his hands and I would have to speak to the "deals" website. I really can't speak about their techs, service, or workmanship, because I never received any. Update - Allen contacted me about my review and my experience with Cambridge. He was apologetic, explained how some of my issues came about, and offered solutions to improve my experience.

FG Fencing was professional, and on time. John listened to exactly what I wanted and gave great advice. The fence looks great and I would not hesitate to recommend them.
