I called Hoerner’s Heating and Plumbing and spoke with Kim because my water heater was leaking. Within an hour their gas technician Nicolas was at my house. He quickly replaced the temperature and pressure relief valve. Nicholas was courteous and competent. He explained everything about the repair, and he followed all COVID safety measures. Highly recommended!

I called Gus on a Thursday about a leaking toilet. We texted and emailed back and forth about the issue and the type of replacement toilet I would like. On Saturday morning he arrived with my new toilet and had it installed in about an hour. As he worked, he explained and showed me what had caused the leak, and how he was repairing it. New toilet looks great in the bathroom. Gus also assisted with the disposal of my old toilet. Thank you Gus for your help. Gus is courteous and professional. Highly recommended!

Mark was very cooperative in quickly scheduling my roofing job, especially considering that my old roof was leaking (in March 2019) and we needed to consider the neighbour's schedule in accessing the driveway. The crew removed multiple layers of old roofing and replaced it with new flat roofing, including insulation. The job was completed in two days thanks to the large crew. The clean up of the site was thorough. Communication with Mark throughout the process was prompt and he explained everything as we went along. The price was very reasonable.
