I had Rob work on my basement 2 summers ago and was so impressed with his work that I asked him to come back and work with us on our Kitchen reno. We were opening up our kitchen so we were taking down to supporting walls and replacing with a support beam. His work once again was fantastic. He was able to work to our budget and was able to stay within our budget given there were a few surprises as there always are with older houses. He also referred Ian from McAllister Electric and he and his crew were also amazing. Steve, his plumber was also very good, neat and tidy. Rob also was able to recommend Oscar and Daniel for our floor tiling and back splash. They were also very good. I would definitely recommend each and every one of them and have already. I would recommend Rob and will use him again when we take on our next project. He works with you to figure out the best solution for problems that arise, or make recommendation when you just don't know what to do. He is always very professional. Thanks again Rob...our kitchen looks amazing!!

We had some water damage from the large rain in July and had an internal sump pump system put in. I then needed to finish the room. I heard about Rob from a neighbour and decided to give him a call. He responded right away and provided a quote that was within my budget. I referenced him on Homestars and saw nothing but good things. I can say I 100% agree. The crew was amazing and did a fantastic job. There was one timing issue but he was forthcoming and made sure we were back on schedule. In the end, we were delayed 2 days but overall well ahead of my expectations on when the job could be done. We are so please with the results. I have already started referring Rob and will not hesitate to reach out and use him again in the future. Thanks again Rob!

We experienced a wet basement on 2 occasions, the latter much worse than the first and decided to do some investigating on waterproofing our home. I had Clarke Basement Systems come out and provide an estimate of what they could do for me. Claude was able to quickly assess the area to isolate, and explained if I ever needed to extend it would be no trouble at all. He even explained the governemnt rebate available via their system. The explanation was straight forward, efficient and he made me feel very comfortable in the decision I was making. The installation done by Rob and Kevin was impressive to say the least. They were very professional, friendly, clean and they helped me carry some of the demo I was doing in parallel to the dump bin in front of my house. Talk about going above and beyond. Claude mentioned their installers treat every home like "it was their parents home" and they were true to form. Thanks so much for the great work. I have already begun spreading the word about the great work you do.

We were moving a piece of furniture in our bedroom and discovered mold in the corner of the outside wall. I looked up mold removal services on google and Canada Restoration Services was one of the first choices. I also researched customer reviews here on Homestars and all were fantastic. I will say that I echo everyone's reviews. They showed up when they said they would, they were polite and professional and really eased our minds. The job took less time than anticipated and I called head office and ended up speaking with Darrin, the CEO (by fluke, not an escalation) and when I asked if anything could be done to reduce the cost as it didn't take as long as originally estimated, he immediately e-mailed the inspector to see what can be done. Even if nothing, the fact that they tried speaks volumes. I am so glad we used this company and will gladly refer them to anyone who needs these types of services. Thanks so much!
