Sump pump high float alarm went off. Diagnosis, removal, replacement, and repairs to lift station
High float alarm went off. Called out priority to diagnosis issue. Investigation into repairs required. Second technician dispatched to blow out lines to find potential blockage. Removal of entire system to discover filters completely clogged. New pump required. Needed to return following day as technicians had stayed late into evening. Vac trucks required to suck out sump in order to enter confined space with air packs to perform repair inside tank to connect new pump. A long and messy job but everything back up and able to use toilets showers sinks etc! Technicians were thorough and explained each step and updated constantly. Recommendations were made and executed professionally. They worked in cold weather (with smelly sewage) for long hours in order to get water/drainage up and running as quickly as possible.
