We were referred to Joe by a colleague and called him yesterday (Jan 2) in the afternoon. He returned our call immediately, and was at our house in Newmarket within an hour. This was shocking actually, as I expected we would have to wait a couple days at least to get an appointment. After a thorough diagnosis, he figured out the issue immediately (the fan had frozen stuck due to ice buildup) and fixed the problem within a couple hours. Apparently this issue is very common with this make and model (confirmed by online Internet research). We found Joe to be engaging, honest, focussed on our problem. And the final bill didn't bust the budget...needless to say we were very impressed and would give him a 10 out of 10 and a highly recommend to anyone:). Thanks Joe...
