Martin and Domenic did a thorough job cleaning the chimney of our wood burning fireplace. They were friendly and professional.

We finally have an impressive front door! Alfredo was extremely knowledgable and helpful with design suggestions. After the door went into production he continued giving us updates regarding completion and installation date. The quality of the door is exceptional. We had a small issue with the deadbolt locking mechanism long after installation and Alfredo promptly came to our house and repaired it. We are very impressed with Grandeur doors and have highly recommended them to people that have asked about our door.

I have been a customer of Jameson Pool and Spa for many years. I use their opening and closing service, have had them replace parts as they get old such as the sand filter and pump, use their water testing service and buy the pool chemicals. Last year they replaced the liner and installed LED pool lights. I have always found the staff to be courteous, friendly and very knowledgable. I email Vi regularly with questions and to make appointments. She responds quickly and has always been very helpful. This season I decided to enroll in Jameson's weekly pool maintenance service. Jessica did a thorough and excellent job and I am delighted that this summer I can just sit back and enjoy my lovely pool - no work involved! Liz in Mississauga

We began an "extreme makeover" of our entire back yard with discussion and planning, beginning November 2011. James provided us with valuable advice and guidance related to both design and materials. It was refreshing to hear that everything we wanted to do was possible. In the past, other companies discouraged some of our ideas or told us they couldn't be done. James and his efficient, hardworking crew did a great job removing old stone and landscape material, in preparation for the project. The worksite was tidied up at the end of each day. Extensive stonework including pool surround, decks, walkways and garden walls, was done over many weeks. James, Adam Enrique, Jeremy and Matt were courteous and helpful and were careful to clarify the plan as work progressed, avoiding costly mistakes. When the project was complete, James contacted us many times to be sure we were happy with everything and didn't hesitate to come by for small repairs. The result is a back yard oasis that we have enjoyed every day of this past summer. Astonia should be very proud of doing an excellent job! My LG steam washer caused the pipes to shudder and bang due to the pressure from the shots of steam during operation. I was afraid of a pipe breaking at the joint, causing a big leak! Michael knew right away how to alleviate the pressure on the pipes. He installed hot and cold water hammer shock arrestors and voila! The banging has been eliminated! Thanks Michael. I now have a quiet home when doing laundry and peace of mind regarding a pipe breaking.
