Three Decades of Monitoring and When Needed They did not respond
've been with this company for 30+ years and have recently discover how unethical they are, especially with someone that has been loyal for this many decades. For 20+ years they charged me 25/month for monitoring and when I decided to stop my service with them they lowered to 18/month, saying I'm a very important customer and they don't want to lose me. I agreed! For next 8 years the payments came out of my account regularly . This year 2019 i wrote an email to the company and followed up with a phone call confirming my desire to stop using their service. They still wanted me to continue and offered a stupid video door bell ... no thanks i replied, just cancel my service. For the next 3 months they continued to draw the monthly payment from my account even though they are not monitoring my alarm. How unethical is this ! I followed up again with another email for them to credit me for the services not rendered, its' gone unanswered. The person in their finance dept is Yasmin ('yasmin@alarmboss.com') Alex is the founder and I have not heard back from either. I urge anyone considering this company, to not. They say their are monitoring however my experience is they are not!. I deliberately set off my alarm for 60 secs several times and they did not call the house. Please BE CAREFUL. Alarm Boss (Alex) if you are reading this we go back a long way and this is how you treat 3 decades of customer loyalty .. shame on you.
