After seeking help from two other companies, Ali and Reza were able to finally give us relief from the heat. We have a home made of straw bale construction (you'll have to look that up yourself) which means we cannot penetrate the walls to insert anything. We also have rad heating which means no ductwork and so we needed a company to do some creative thinking with us to get cool air into our home. Ali came for a consultation and it took him about 5 minutes to offer a solution where the other companies either said they couldn't or wouldn't do it. A split system that goes up into the attic through the soffit and down into the upstairs rooms via a ceiling mounted head. The work was done professionally, with courtesy and efficiently. I would highly recommend Ali, Reza and Climax!

My wife and I decided to redirect a downspout and reslope an eavestrough on our home. After some sloppy workmanship and tardy after service from the original installers (Cherry and Clark Roofing) we called around and it was clear from the get go that North Shore Eavestroughing was better than the rest. Laura was always cheerful and helpful and Darren (sales) was too. The guys who came to do the work were polite, tidy and right on time - wonder of wonders! Communication was clear and prompt, everybody was professional and they delivered exactly what they promised and more. I can recommend North Shore to you without any reservations.

Nadurra provided locally sourced FSC maple for the floors for all of the rooms on the main and second floor of a high effeciency house we built in Toronto. Their wood knowledge was excellent and the service was good too. There was a delay in delivery because not all of the wood was available at the time we ordered but a perfectly acceptable substitute was quickly found and we have some very beautiful floors as a result. They also provided a very nice book about old-growth trees in Ontario and a hygrometer as a bonus gift. Highly recommended!

Steve McDonald came by for a last minute call when we needed a tree to be removed in front of the steps we were building for our new house. It was my own fault that it was a last minute job and he acted as though it was as important for him to get it done as it was for me. He did a great job on the front tree as well as two small trees in back that were badly placed and could not be replanted elsewhere. He was fast, friendly and reasonably priced and was happy to do it quickly after I told him I had been stood up by another arborist. I would hire him again and recommend him without reservation to do your work. Thanks again to the McDonald team!
