Imran has been servicing my gas fireplace for years, and he continues to offer a best in class service. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to get the job done. Not only do I feel he is the best service person in the business, but I always look forward to his visits as we have become friends over the years. That says alot about Imran!

It's an absolute pleasure to have Imran come to my house to service my fireplace. I with there was an Imran plumber, Imran electrician, etc. He truly understands customer service as you can easily see from the many reviews here. Not only does he do a fabulous job (on time, diligent worker, never leaves a mess, explains everything, etc) but he is a pleasure to chat with as he is doing his work. I look forward to needing my fireplace serviced!

This is the second time I have used Imran to look at my fireplace and the second time he did not disappoint! I am a customer for life :) He diagnosed, repaired off site and had my fireplace back in action - looking even better than before - within a few days. I just got home to my completed backsplash. WOW - It looks great! The whole experience with Simon and his teams was nothing but stellar. Simon kept me informed every step of the way with follow up throughout the days - certainly puts customers first. Anytime I had a question for him, he answered promptly! What fabulous workmanship from Mo, Zo and Hussein. They are super professional, and super hard workers....they did an amazing job! I love the floors! From start to finish, I would easily recommend them to anyone....this was a first class experience. Thanks Simon, Mo, Zo, Hussein and Nick.

These guys are amazing! Super hard workers at a totally fair price who certainly take pride in their work. They did more work than I had originally asked for, and it was already late on a Friday night. Great guys - I will happily recommend them to anyone needing electrical work. thanks Alejandro and Ado! I will be calling again soon to get my pot lights done :) Here's a recent update sadly... Originally I had a great experience with mapleleaf electric - so much so that I recommended them to my cousin. Well, the issue Alejandro fixed broke, and it took him over 2 weeks, numerous phone calls and text messages before he came back (he actually booked a time and then didn't show up!)...and when he did come back finally, he charged me for the part....to fix the same thing that I had originally paid him for. What a shock to me! Especially after him calling me to say I was his best customer, and he was going to put in a free dimmer switch for me....really???? Add to that, the person I recommended him to had called him to book an appointment, and he didn't show up....his reason was "I don't make notes when I'm on a job"....seriously??? Then don't make an appointment to show up somewhere....needless to say, I'm very disappointed, and wouldn't use this company again...too bad - because they seemed so great the first time. I've another update....as soon as I made the previous post, I was called personally by both owners. Stefani and Alex were extremely concerned about the service I'd received, and they both expressed how important customer service is to them. Alex just left my place - as they were insistent that they come back and do whatever it takes to change my experience. This is truly a company that values customer service and doing the right thing. I will certainly call Alex back to do another job. I really appreciate the actions they took to win me back - from zero to hero!

I hadn't had my gas fireplace serviced in about 4 years. Imran came out on a holiday, as we had a miscommunication previously, and it was well worth the wait! He spent alot of time cleaning and fixing a poor job that was done previously. It's like I have a brand new fireplace now! He did an amazing job setting up the logs and adding some embers for me. I'll be calling him back every year for!

Got in touche with Mark, who made an appointment to see me the next day. He asked for the model number of my dishwasher. Showed up the next day, knew exactly where the issue was, and had the correct part to fix it! He had my dishwasher working like new in about 15 minutes! Great job!
