Sherwood Park - Maplewood/Brentwood area
The service men called prior to arrival and were here at the time promised. They introduced themselves and were very polite and courteous. Walter explained what they were going to do to assess the problem and then advise us of the situation and corrective action required. We approved the repair and they went to work and carried out the service. Walter answered our questions as they went along and they made some recommendations for the future. Our home was well respected and they left the work area clean and intact. Excellent response, excellent work and we will definitely use them again.
