I purchased my first home with Great Gulf in Oshawa. I had heard many horror stories regarding new home builders but I wanted my home to reflect my vision with having to do a lot of renovations. The sales staff were wonderful and very helpful. We had an issue with our under mount sink and they responded promptly. We have various things come up but Great Gulf was and still is always there even four years after we bought. A very trustworthy builder

I ordered a deal online, 4 hrs of cleaning for $39. I thought if these guys are good I'll keep using there service. NOT going to happen. I booked my first appointment for Sat. Dec. 10/11 at 3pm. By 5pm no one had shown up and no one called. There where a million other things I could have been doing, rather waiting around. I called Graham at 5:30 and was informed something had "come up" and no one was coming. They re-booked for Sun. Dec. 11/11 at 3pm. The cleaner showed up at 4pm, proceeded to take his shoes & socks off in my home, was dressed like a degenerate and barely spoke English. He left hair on the bathroom floor, dusk balls on my bedroom furniture. Cleaned a room after I asked him not to. Claimed my kitchen floor had been mopped, even though I still saw the coffee stain on the tiled floor my husband left from Saturday! To add insult to injury his car left an oil stain on my new driveway! This company has incompetent staff, they are disorganized and unprofessional
