Pool Craft has been our swimming pool company of choice for the past 10 years and we've been very happy with them. After having a not-so-great experience with the installer we chose (not Pool Craft), we began working with Pool Craft for opening and closing and the occasional service issue. I can't say enough good things about the crews that do the maintenance and service calls - they are professional, efficient and hard workers, and friendly. Booking is easy and they always show up as promised. Geoff is very knowledgeable when we have a question or problem with our pool. Recommend Pool Craft highly.

Delta Security installed our home alarm system for us which my husband had purchased but then didn't have the time to install himself. We recommend David very highly. He was very responsive, kept in touch via email about scheduling and came within 1 business day. He's knowledgeable, with more than 15 years in the business and had good suggestions for our needs. Very professional in explaining the system and easy to work with. We are extremely happy with the service, and are considering adding CCTV as well.

This is the second time RLC has done electrical work for us, and we will hire Ralph for every job in the future, as he is quite simply the best contractor we have ever worked with. He did our complete basement wiring earlier this year and we had him back to add kitchen pendant lights last week (add new wiring and install lights). Ralph is a total pro -- meticulous and perfectionist -- and he has such a breadth of experience that he is able to suggest the best lighting solution for our needs. Ralph truly cares about the quality of his work and values his customers, and he is such a genuinely nice, great guy. I have passed along his name to many friends and family members, and recommend him without hesitation. Hire him and you won't regret it!

We are so happy to have found Ralph for our basement finishing electrical work; we hired him to do new wiring for the entire basement: outlets, pot lights, fan in powder room, and media center wiring, and other task lighting. Not only is he a genuinely nice man who was a pleasure to have in our home, Ralph is a total professional, skilled electrician who has great suggestions -- he encouraged us to really think about how we would use the space to make sure that the lighting was appropriate. He kept in touch at every stage, came exactly when he promised, and we found him to be competitively priced. I think working with Ralph was one of the best home reno hires we have made in our long history of renovating projects!! I recommend him highly.

We waited a few weeks to get Rob as he is busy, and we are very happy we did! Not only is the work he and his crews did superb, but he was reasonably priced, professional, came always exactly when he promised and kept in touch throughout the project. It was not an easy job -- there were a lot of bulkheads to work around as we finished one main media room, an office and a powder room. Even our painter commented on how perfect the walls and ceilings are (high praise from another pro means a great deal). There were a couple of spots that the painter had to touch up but otherwise the work was fab. Rob even restored the stairwell walls to the basement, which had a few dings in them, even though those walls were not part of the original project quote. From the boarding crew to the mud and tape guys that Rob works with, all were really nice, respectful guys and a pleasure to have in our home. I would definitely recommend Rob Rosati and hire him again.

I am so glad to have found Valentin! He did the rough-in and install of our entire new powder room, as part of our basement finishing. Not only is his work exceptional, he is professional, responsive, always kept in touch at every stage and came as promised exactly when he said he would, knowledgeable... and he is a genuinely nice man who we enjoyed having work here! When there was a manufacturer's defect with the toilet I had purchased, he waited without complaint while I exchanged it even though it made for a longer day for him. Another day he rearranged his schedule for me so I could get the correct vanity. (While here he also installed our coffee machine to the water supply, and we are in heaven). I am 100% happy with his work and would not hesitate to recommend him and I will definitely hire Valentin again!
