Rinchin and his crew were quick to come and asses my Issue. Our gutters froze and over flowed in the winter. Rinchin said we needed larger eaves and downspouts. I asked if that would cure our issue and he said absolutely. After our first snowfall there were issues but I thought it could be just a fluke. After the second I knew there were problems. I phoned Rincin and he said he couldn't come until spring. I asked him to come just to see what was happening. He said not til spring. The last snowfall (before the big storm) I called to say that we were unhappy and something needed to be done. I did not even receive a response. Since then I have called multiple times but my calls have been ignored. In the past week we got a heavy dumping and the eaves overflowed (again) the downspouts are rock solid with ice and the water is backing up into the soffit and leaking from there. I think the attached photos speak for themselves. We paid in cash but thank heaven I saved the security camera footage to prove who did the job. I am a senior with MS and need a cane to get around and am quite saddened to be taken advantage of in this way. If you are considering eave work this is a company I would avoid. I wish I had.

Remove and replace AC unit and furnace. The job was done quickly, efficiently and at the price that was quoted. Very pleased with this company. Any question I asked was answered without hesitation.
