Last time I was in there I was looking for some plants for my garden. Not only did I receive helpful advice on what plants to buy, but some instructions on how to properly plant them. I'm not what some would call an expert gardener, but I was willing to try.
We had them in to clean out our furnace and perform some general maintenance on it before the winter. They looked at our filters and provided some good recommendations on the type of filters we should be using to get the best results as the ones we were currently using were not very effective. We were able to get a service plan from them that covered maintenance throughout the year.
We've always had good service from FW Black. Last time we purchased an appliance from them they were very helpful. Nearly 20 years later, our old fridge was starting to go. We found a newer model for a good price. The salespeople there were very helpful and installation after purchase was very fast.
I was in there recently, after a visit to Michaels. They have such great craft ideas. Everything in the store is arranged nicely and provides great inspiration for any craft projects one may have for any occasion.
I was in Home Depot and wanted to buy a sheet of foam, but it was too tall to fit into my car; I needed to cut it into sheets for a craft project I was working on. An employee got out his exacto knife and was able to cut it into the exact sheets I wanted before purchasing it.
We were in Michaels today looking for some frames. A store associate was very helpful in helping us select one that was very nice and suited for our Christmas gift.
