My experience with Vernon and Unique was amazing, start-to-finish. Vernon was a pleasure to deal with and very patient. He was able to provide an accurate quote based on my amateur sketching and measurements I sent him, and within two weeks of that we had our new counters and sink installed. Vernon and his crew were courteous and nice, and kept our place spotlessly clean throughout the entire installation. His craftsmanship is amazing too, as he ensured the quartz's veining seamlessly blended into each piece, including our waterfall siding. Vernon will be our first call when we redo our bathroom vanity.

We needed to move our junction box as a new cooktop's wiring wouldn't reach it. Carmelo even suggested a way for me to do it myself when first contacting them. I'd rather leave electrical work to the pros so I was happy to pay for the them to handle it. Carmelo and Isabella arrived on time and were gone within 45 mins. They were courteous and a pleasure to work with. They will be my first contact and recommendation for any future electrical jobs.

ThermoCool sent Shane - he was a great tech and explained everything he was doing. He removed our heat pump to be serviced under warranty, and ThermoCool had it back to us in a few days.

Mike was super-communicative, very clear about everything along the way, and just a genuinely nice guy to work with. His entire crew was super-friendly too. They showed up at 9am and by 3pm they were packing up. They replaced over 650 feet of flooring with all new moulding in about six hours...in a fully furnished condo. We couldn't be happier and would gladly work with Mike again if the need ever arises.
