We worked with Mike on 2 projects. First one was a few years back for our old house in the Annex and the second one was for our new home, a major renovation, addition and an attic conversion. Both times his service has been great. He is really easy to communicate with, has lots of ideas and very open to hearing our own ideas and working them into the plans. He made sure to make time for us to go to the city hall and attend a committee hearing to help some portions of our prject to pass their review. One of our unhappy neighbours showed up and Mike was great at handling that situation and explaining the project to the neighbour and the neighbour did not end up contesting, it was a great outcome. He is also very reachable which is very important to us, when you work on a large project there are so many different services that need to co-ordinate with one another so it was great to be able to reach him on the phone wheneve we needed him. I would definitely use his services again

The selection of flooring material in the store is excellent. Timea is amazing. She had suggested a few things that worked really well in our house. It's our 4th time buying flooring from them and ordering has been such a breeze. She is always on top of things, knows exactly what's in stock or when it will arrive, if there any promotions from suppliers and she always follows up. Their selection is excellent for either if you were doing a flip or for yourself as an end-user. We will be going back to their store for our next reno.

Khem i a great guy. His quote was competitive and he sounded like he knew what he was doing from very start so it made us feel comfortable to trust him with such a big job. He has a good team working for him too. They removed all the old plumbing from the house and installed everything new. The work was passed by the city inspector with no issues. I would call him again with any plumbing requests.

Second time we are using him. The first time was okay, he drilled a bunch of holes in the side wall to find a stud for the handrail, so we had to patch those up. The second job was horrible, he just slapped the stairs on, the whole staircase was supported only by a single 1x4 (not even 2x4) and a few screws that went into the landing. He ripped walls underneather like a savage instead of cutting the drywall, just ripped with his hands - awful. I spent another day myself to add extra support for the stairs so they don't go crashing down. He doesn't take his garbage away either.

We hired Valerii to paint our house and were very impressed with his work. He was very careful with removing and covering objects that could be marked up by paint. Most importantly, he also was patching up all the little cracks and dents in our walls and ceiling and sanding them down before applying the paint. We are planning on hiring him again to paint another house of ours. He has also painted a couple of my work clients houses and they all had good responses regarding his work. He is very efficient and his prices are very reasonable.

Igor is probably one of the efficient & nicest workers around. We have hired him twice to do major work in our homes. Both times everything was done perfectly that even city inspector was impressed. We keep referring him to everyone we know and they are all happy with the results. Our next door neighbor used him to waterproof her basement. Also my parents used him to change drains and waterproofing, they couldn't be more happy with his work. Believe me, you will not regret hiring him, especially that his prices are very reasonable.

Slavic was recommended to us by another contractor. He is very efficient and charges very reasonably. We had an emergency plumbing issue in our basement that was caused by a clogged drain. He was able to come the same NIGHT to figure out the problem and the main issue was resolved the same day. He also suggested we can have a potential problem with the old clean out, so we decided to replace that at the same time. He gave us a great deal and his work was done very well and very quick. I would not hesitate to call Slavic for any other plumbing needs.

Vitaliy is probably the most efficient worker we have ever met. He was able to meet us the same day that we called him and started working on the day that was the most convenient for us. He did his job quickly and very well. He even went as far as recommending other workers for the rest of the projects that we had in the house and they turned out really well too. This was the smoothest transaction with a worker/contractor that we have ever had. Thank you Vitaliy!

We used Ariel's services a couple of times. The first time was great, the second was exactly the opposite. He was a good subcontractor but didn't do too well on his own. He might be good with smaller jobs but not major renovations.
