I have used GEM Windows and Doors for the past 17 years. They replaced all the windows on our last house, all of which worked beautifully for the life of the windows. We have just replaced several of the windows and two of the doors in our new home. Our new windows and doors are beautiful work well and are air tight. The installers worked quickly and cleanly. They were very professional in appearance and working manner. Whenever we had problems at the old house they repaired and replaced the parts without questions and in a timely manner. The office staff and repair staff has been so consistant over the years, I feel I know them well. I would recommend GEM Windows and Doors to everyone. Anne
