Great until paid then they disappear
Joel and his team could not have been more,responsive and helpful,during purchase and installation phase. I have a problem with my brand new hot water system and can not get a return call. I have called 1-2 times per day for 2,weeks now and not a single call back. I fell like they have their money and I am no longer worth calling.
