When researching this project I spoke with 6 companies - 2 ghosted me and 3 sent quotes at a very leisurely pace. Megacity, however, was extremely quick and communicative, working with me to understand and decide the scope of the project and what my best options were for long-term wear and price. Daniel talked with me, taking time to answer my questions and ideas. This meant more to me than the quoted price (which, of course, was extremely reasonable!). I want to work with people who stay in touch and understand that some clients need to feel safe with a company to move forward. I am very happy I worked with them. The crew worked quickly, always arriving on time and working at a good pace. The team was polite and took pains to make sure that any issues that arose were communicated quickly to me so that I could make decisions or be informed of any pitfalls. The work was finished well, and it's covered by a 1-year warranty should their be any shifting or movement of stone over the winter/spring freeze and thaw. I was also advised as to the upkeep that might be required in the long term. I am writing this just after the completion of this project, and I am already looking forward to working with them again. NB: in the photo, they are responsible for all the new work, but not the stairs to the porch, which might be their next project with me!

I worked with Nordicair on a new furnace & AC unit - they guided me through model selection, always explaining why one model might be best for *me* and my home. They took their time and made me feel like I was in good hands. Installation went off without a hitch, and the installer was very adamant about making sure I registered all equipment so that he could help me in future in case there were ever a warranted issue! Great! We had a question about operation, and not only did they answer everything, but they followed up with another call to make sure I was happy with their products/service! (New AC & Furnace from Frigidaire!)

I had an excellent experience with Stonemasters. They offered a wide selection at a very fair price, and worked with me to select for my kitchen countertops. Communication was excellent, with speedy delivery and installation. The stone I have is now my favorite part of my kitchen! Thank you, Stonemasters!
