Yesterday we had a plumbing emergency and needed someone ASAP. I thought this may be a problem but a few hours later we had a service tech at our door. His name is Jessie Dennis, and wow...it's been a while since I've seen such great customer service! He was polite and courteous, skilled, and took the time to clearly explain everything to us. I would recommend this young man in a heartbeat, and if/when we need service again, I am going to request him!
