Dishwasher and Washing machine service
In fairly short order both my Miele dishwasher and Bosch washing machine both had errors appear. I YouTube’d to figure out the recommendations. Dishwasher then worked intermittently and the error would repeat after 3 or 4 washes. However the washing machine, I could not get to work. Johnny from JC confirmed that my YouTube steps were standard entry level procedures but advised me of the probable parts that could be contributing to the issues. But before ordering them and planning subsequent visits, he checked the drain connections and found that the GC that connected up both appliances, didn’t follow guidelines that provided the machines the optimal performance. He modified the drainage on both, and our 14yr old units are working like finely tuned clocks. Thx JC
