I had Kiko commend and do flooring and I mean bathroom after receiving many quotes for many people. Wheb Kiko came to my home he was friendly and professional. be thoroughly discussed the project bringing up many things that none of the other contractors I bothered to mention. The pricing was more than fair and competitive in the time frame to complete work was extremely reasonable. The job was started and finished exactly as promised. Having Kiko in my home for a few days was a real pleasure. He was extremely courteous and careful. It was like having a friend come over and do work for me. I cannot say enough positive things about my experience. I would highly recommend Kilos Contracting to anyone

Absolutely horrendous customer service. I personally had me waiting almost a year for an installation. Impossible to get updates or responses. Showed a couple times with the wrong window. Had to call endlessly an email endlessly to get any sort of response from customer service about rectifying the situation. Nothing but excuses and combative responses. The window that showed up eventually was still not the correct window that I ordered but I got tired I'm waiting and lost faith that I would ever get a window. Kristen & Amanda were miserable to deal with thru the whole process. I strongly advise staying away from this company, do your research about them before you order.
