I needed to replace every window in my home, and after doing my own research on all the many options that are out there, I selected Eco Choice Windows & Doors, and I'm so glad I did. Anthony came to me home to show me a sample of their windows, discuss the different window insert style options, the window opening options, window frame options and even the casement options. We talked about the windows in my house, what changes I would want to make (e.g. windows that don't open to making them open now, direction of the opening, etc.) He allowed me to take my time to make sure what I would be happy with what I was selecting and never once did I feel pressured. He has to be the most professional and best sales person I've ever dealt with. Andrii then came do the window measurements, confirm the order, and verify my options again. As soon as he started to do his work it was obvious he's been doing this for a very long time. I had some challenging windows (fake windows to be replaced, curved aluminum capping over some windows, curved windows, windows high up in staircases) and he wasn't phased by them at all. The windows arrived on time and Andrii and his team (4 people over 2.5 days) did an incredible job installing the windows. They protected my floors to not damage them. (HINT to home owners: Move furniture away from the windows being replaced and cover the furniture with plastic - saves a lot of cleaning afterwards). They removed the old windows, installed the new windows, foam insulated around each window (my old windows had no insulation - no wonder they were so drafty) and installed the window trim. I don't think I've seen a team of people work so fast and hard like they did. I had no idea how much goes into replacing windows - hard physical work! They worked such long days, barely took a lunch break and were so polite and respectful of my home. Even my neighbours stopped by and told me they were watching them and were so impressed that they are going to be reaching out Eco Choice when they are ready to replace their windows. I also have to mention that I had quite a few places where the window trim wasn't straight forward because of cupboards in the way, tile on the walls, etc. I hoping they could work around it, but the attention to detail they did in making sure the trim fit perfectly was beyond my expectations. When the job was done, they cleaned up all the construction material and swept of the floors such that I could barely tell all the work that had just happened. It was so easy for me to then do my regular cleaning for the dust that is unavoidable. This is a long post, but it's the least I could do after how happy I am with Eco Choice as a company, every employee that I dealt with at my home and over the phone (Thanks Rachel), the quality of their windows and I even met one of the owners that came to my house. My home has a more consistent temperature from floor to floor, the windows look amazing and they block the outside noise so much better than my old windows. If I had to do it again, I wouldn't change a thing!! Thank you so much!

Alex and Igor did a fabulous job! If I could rate them even higher I would. They started when they said they would, they finished on time, and they took such good care of my place and belongs that they treated it with the care as if it was theirs. I looked for a contractor for over a year before I found someone that I was comfortable to turn my place over to. When I first met Alex I was so impressed I thought he was too good to be true; so I asked for referrals and looked at the work he did else where and I was impressed! I booked him right away. Not only did he do an incredible job, he also did it within budget. I also appreciated the little things he did that showed the attention to detail in his work. Im a bit of a perfectionist and I cant imagine ever using anyone else again. Ive already told him Im using him for future work Update: 2022 - I used Alex again after I moved into my home last year and just like the first time, Alex did an amazing job removing all the popcorn ceilings and repainting the ceiling and walls. The ceiling is so smooth you cannot tell there used to be popcorn on it. People that have seen his work are so impressed. Cant thank Alex enough again for taking my home from being nice to beautiful!!
