they never get back to you when you call. I have been trying for weeks
We were misled on the amount of the rebate that we were to get back and also we were not told the correct procedure on how to apply for a rebate. so now we are not qualified for the rebate we were told we would get. I have called several times over the months, I leave messages and no one gets back to me or the phone is busy. They only have one number listed for 24/7 service and its the same one where nobody picks up the phone. This company is a complete hoax. I'll also be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the Consumer Protection Agency.
